Project Background:

Indigo is Canada's leading book and lifestyle retailer, offering a curated assortment of books, gifts, baby, kids, wellness and lifestyle products.

The Indigo Inspired blog was created to support customers every day and at key life stages by simplifying their journey and providing inspiration to live with intention.

Creative Process:

While Indigo is a retailer, this blog post was aimed at sharing who they were as a brand without highlighting specific products.

My objective was to produce evergreen content along with imagery that was clean and modern and illustrated the concepts. I styled and shot the photography in my own home, relying on natural light to give the images an approachable and relaxed feeling that was aligned with the Indigo brand.

The blog post copy was written in list form featuring 5 tips and ideas that spoke to Indigo's primarily female audience. Copy was written with SEO in mind while balancing targeted keywords and readability.
